How it Works
Discovery Call: We start with a 30-minute call with your organisation's leadership to define the high-level problem and objectives. You can use our Optimise form to trigger this
Phase I (Diagnostic Audit): We launch a 2-4 week audit, including on-site visits, video analysis, and interviews with coaches and staff.
Phase II (Intervention Design): We deliver our "Intervention Roadmap," which details our findings, the proposed solution, a clear project plan, and defined KPIs.
Phase III (Implementation): Upon approval, we move into the implementation phase. Our specialists work hand-in-hand with your team to roll out the new strategies, provide on-the-ground training, and ensure the change is permanent.
