Our Founder & Lead Sports Scientist
Job Fransen
Job is the Founder and Managing Director of Skillacq. He’s an Associate Professor in Skill Acquisition and practitioner in the field of skill acquisition. Job has consulted for dozens of high performance sport organisations all over the world, including the National Basketball Association (NBA), National Football League (NFL), English Premier League (EPL) and Australian Football League (AFL). Job lives in the Mid-North Coast region of New South Wales, in Australia.

SkillACQ emerged from a high-stakes realisation: while motor learning science was advancing rapidly in the laboratory, it remained either inaccessible or over-complicated for those operating at the coalface of high performance.
Our mission was born from this gap: to provide the bridge between elite research and the competitive arena. We want to cut through the academic noise to provide practitioners with the blueprints needed to engineer the right learning environments.
To do this, we believe in the power of education. But, we don't just teach theory but we provide practical, actionable knowledge.
